The McEinnon consulting process is as follows:
»
Analysis
We start by sitting down with you to discover not only your needs, but how your staff operates and interacts. All of this is critical to finding the right blend of skill set and personality to best fulfill your needs. From here, the information is consolidated into a thorough plan that dictates the exact path to success, whether it’s for integrating a single consultant or an entire team into your existing group.
»
Assessment
Once the plan has been developed, we’ll review the steps, your immediate and long-term goals, where your current resources stand, and what areas still need addressing. This assessment creates a comprehensive overview that combines both a snapshot of your current situation and a roadmap for success.
»
Screening
Based on the developed plan and our analysis of what works best for your team, we’ll begin an in-depth consultant screening process. This process involves researching each candidate’s abilities, training, and personality, all designed to find the right fit for your needs. Our rigorous process filters the consultant selection until we’ve located the top candidates for your needs.
»
Presentation
Consultants that make it through the screening process are then sent to the client for a face-to-face interview. We facilitate the interview process by handling the logistical planning, presenting the qualified consultants, and explaining why it’s a good fit for both sides. We assist in both scheduling and process tracking to make sure that everyone stays up to date and informed.
» Review
After the interview, we interface with both sides to understand their thoughts on the situation. This debriefing covers what worked, what didn’t work, and why (or why not) there is a good match. If both sides agree to move forward, we’ll review and address any lingering concerns to ensure that there are no surprises for either the consultant or the client.

Follow-up
Our job doesn’t stop once the choice has been made. At McEinnon, we emphasize building long-term relationships; this means that we help out in facilitating and coordinating transition stages for both parties, as well as regular check-ins further down the line. These follow-up conversations help us assess what we can do to provide better service to both clients and consultants, along with ensuring that all parties are satisfied with their choice.
